Wine Dinners
Wine tasting dinners, this has proved popular with a lot of my clients and is an area which can be developed in any establishment. I can provide assistance with the initial set up, concept, agree menu food and wine matching and costing.
On the evening I can provide assistance with the room set up. I will then give a talk and a cellar tour if applicable, followed by a brief talk before each course at dinner. It is a fun evening that can be tailored to you or your clients needs.
Cellar Tours and Wine Tastings
Cellar tours and /or wine tasting are another area for development. The public’s interest in wine is increasing all the time and they want a unique and memorable experience.
As above I can provide assistance in the initial set up, costings and concept. I will conduct these tastings in your wine cellar or in a designated function room on an agreed date. |
